What is Roll forming line? Roll forming is a metal process by roller bending that change the shape as per design drawing. Completed Roll forming line need few machines to combine it. First, it need uncoiling machine to open material from metal coil strip, and then straightening the metal sheet that more flat and can feeding into hydraulic punch (for hole punch) or roll forming station.Second, Metal sheet will be change the shape as per designed roller shape. then cutting the formed metal sheet as per manufacturer want length.
