Distribution Box Process
characteristics and performance

1, Distribution
enclosure made by Roll Forming machine.Single door of the door, using pin-type
hinge, opening angle 110°;

2, protective trough side,
waterproof and dustproof, polyurethane foam sealing strip, reliable sealing
performance;

3. Distribution
case back panel of the box has been installed with wall hanging holes and
equipped with mounting ears for easy installation. 

4, Control box and
door welding fixing screws are matched with the door ground wire;

5, the bottom is
equipped with a boss cover in and out of the line, the cover can be removed and
opened, and is equipped with a sealing ring;

6, The depth of
the mounting plate in the box can be adjusted at will, which can meet the
installation requirements of various components;

7, the main body
color: RAL7032 (computer gray), or customized according to customer
requirements;

8, Control box Material:
high quality cold rolled steel plate, 1.0-2.5mm;

9, surface
treatment: degreasing, phosphating, electrostatic powder.
